Boat warranty service to his customers is very very poor
I purchased Boat stone 200 from Amazon on November,2018 after 4 months of use it does not working properly so,I registered a complaint for replacement within the 48 my product was picked up but more than 20 days my product was delivered with new ones but that product is defective so,I again requested to picked up the defective one and next day it was picked up and after 10 to 12 days I call customer care to know my ticket status she said that tomorrow I despatch your product then tomorrow I see that message not came for despatching of product then I again call and she again said tomorrow I despatch your product.
4-5 days regularly call but she all the day say that tomorrow I despatch and 6th day she said that product is not in stock when come in then I can only despatch your product . So I am giving you the opinion to not buy his product because his warranty services to his customers is really very very poor taking very long time to solve. I suggest you to buy any of other company product which give good warranty service

On 4-4-2019...I gave my headset to the courier on 27-4-2019 they approved my replacement but still now I did not get any further improvement in my status,when I called customer care they updated the replacement is dispatched...when I called expressbees customer care they are updating us they didn't get any information from our end...my ticket number 255691...replace as soon as possible or try update our status

Hi, My ticket number is 305774, My boat rockerz 261 red bluetooth headset has received at Mumbai service center on 3rd June, However it's been 9 days now after they received my device, since then I have not got any update from them, When I tried to call the shipping team, they have informed me the device has already drop at service centre on 3rd June as I can track it, They have asked me to contact with the service center, However I could not reach to them, Please let me know the update about my device , It's really frustrating as I have no idea when I will get my device or it has lost in the service centre. BEWARE: They will take your earphones for repairing and will never return you back. I have been trying to get my earphones from a couple of months but they are neither picking up the call nor replying to my message. When you will registered your complain, the next day a pickup boy will come and will pickup your earphones. Then they will never return it.
