For Customer Grievances
Level 1
- For complaint registration, firstly contact customer care number at 18004190157
- You can complaint through Google Pay App by follow these steps:
- Open google pay app, go to your profile
- Click on setting, select Help & Feedback option
- There are 3 options available for support
- Get help
- Send Feedback
- Raise Billdesk Complain
- You can also complaint to visit Help Center through Website
- Open the Google Pay Help Center.
- At the top-right, click Get help. See your options to connect with a support specialist.
- Select your issue.
- Choose the help topic that's relevant to your issue.
Level 2
- If your issue is unresolved, then please contact Google Pay India Grievance Support by signing into your account.
- To report your issue to your payment service provider (PSP), contact them through their grievance redressal team.
