Step 1: Visit this link to login into Yatra My bookings section
Step 2: Click on the "Check Refund Status" Button.
Step 3: Click on the given link to claim and process your refund. (highlighted in yellow color)
Alternatively, you can visit for help on claiming your refund.
Kindly visit to get a status update on your refund request.
Step 1: Go to "Manage Bookings" and click the option-"Cancel"
Step 2: Select the PNR / Booking reference that you wish to cancel. Please ensure to check on the cancellation charges applicable on your booking
Step 3: Click on the "Start cancellation Process" Tab. Please select the route and the passenger(s) you want to cancel.
Step 4: Check on the cancellation charges and choose the mode of refund you wish to opt for.
Step 5: Finally review and cancel your booking.
In case of any Cancellation/rescheduling/Name correction/sector change etc is to be done within 24 hrs of making the booking with Yatra.com, please contact the airlines directly. In case you have claimed refund from Airline
