Notification and Less View and freezed videos Problem

Please review and resolve (fix) my following problems :-
(1) My subscribers do not get notifications of my newly uploaded videos even after pressed bell.
(2) Some of my newly uploaded videos have freezed, therefore views per day are very less (4 to 9) whereas same quality (popular) old videos views are 50 to 100.
(3) One newly uploaded (on 12 Feb 2020) video "Flower Show 2020 Bhilai" reduced from 96 to 84 on second day.
