Poor service

Im dr. Jobin p
I went to ottappalam abt parcel to send a parcel to anchal. They sent it to kottarakkara without informing me. They didnt even tell me that they dnt have sevice at anchal.
Now when asking about it they are talking in very rude way.

Please make sure that minimum quality is maintained.

Worst service

One of the worst logistics, instead of hanuman in their logo they can change that to tortoise. I booked a cycle parcel at 30 Dec 2023 and still not delivered. Authorities are not that much helpful. I asked for a delivery location and they shipped to someother area, worst service. AVOID ABT PARCEL SERVICE

hi. i booked a small cycle from palladam on 16.05.2023 to katpadi. till today (19.05.2023)the cycle was not delivered. how many days need to deliver. hope katpadi is inside tamilnadu. katpadi incharge is also not responding the calls. very slow service

I have booked material regularly from last 4 years from selam tamilnadu to Hyderabad
But since 1 year I have seen very bad service provide by abt parcel material in damage condition very long time to deliver material.
After complaint against any mater they don't follow all staff r un responsible

Delivery issue more than a month

Respected sir I am the RGS crusher owner in Vellore one of my machine need service From Bonofiglioli company which is in Sriperumbadur as per their advice dropped that machine in Vellore ABT Parcel office on 23/4/2, E way bill 534669, but still my parcel in Sriperumbadur ABT delivery godown. I called to your office they told we served up to the godown only you should ask the party to bring this. But the Bonofiglioli told we can't pick up from parcel office. In this situation I don't know what I have to do. I am ready to pay extra cost for deliver up to that service centre.Please deliver my machine to the said office, almost 1 month gone due to this covid 19 I am suffering lot in my business. Please do the needful or arrange auto to deliver this I will pay for that. I need to service my machine as soon as possible. If you are not means I will come to Sriperumbadur and bring that thing back Next time I will not suggest or come both offices. Please let me know what is your status.

Pondicherry state.

Villianur ABD parcel service person asking extra charges, Actually wood stool sent from chennai, charge is Rs220. But he asking 270 rupees. and they not ready for door delivery.
