I had a confirmed booking with Agoda for a hotel in Jaipur for which I had paid full and received a confirmation mail from Agoda.
But on reaching the hotel, they denied me room as they were fully booked, even though I had booked in advance.
They also said that it is agoda's fault that the booking is confirmed without hotel's confirmation.
And now here I am stuck at 7AM in the morning with nowhere to go, traveling for the entire night and have to reach to an event at 10 AM.
Agoda, I will never ever book with your site again in future.

Payment got deducted from my account.I was booking for book now pay later and when I entered my debit card details due to some network issue card was not accepted.but after some time payment got deducted from my account.

my Agoda booking ID : 57384XXXX , I had booked Indigo flight but cancelled it later. The refund has been processed by Indigo to Agoda but I haven't received any refund from Agoda. I have mailed multiple times to Agoda, but no response. Please get back to me.

I booked hotel through agoda hotel alpine residency shimla.there was not a television,no telephone in my room,for calling to reception in case need anything .
Also the major problem is the manager told me that you are not eligible for breakfast in morning but I booked the room which includes breakfast you can also check through my booking id -572668965xxxx

Sir booking for Velvet Clark's exotica was done .....amount debited from account but no booking id or confirmation has been received..... More than 3 hours have have been passed

I made a transaction today morning from the mobile website the money was immediately deducted but no booking details provided or confirmation email. If I don't get my refund back Agoda is going to get so much bad press on social media as I realised I am not the only customer this has happened to.

Yesterday on 13/02/2021 at 10:39 i tried to book an hotel. At first it was mentioned that the booking can be done without the amount and the card details is just for booking. Later on the amount was deducted and the booking was not done. As soon the amount was deducted it stated the booking was not done. My 8k was deducted from my account now i dont have money neither the hotel booking. Since yesterday am trying to contact agoda but they dont have specific contact number to nor any kind of help.
I request you to pay my money back. Please dont book from agoda as every other 3rd parties does have a customer helpline but this is the first time i saw a platform where customer cant contact

Today (28Jan 2021), I booked a room in Colonia Santa Maria Hotel from 5feb 2021 to 9feb 2021 at Goa in India via Agoda. Amount (₹26322.64) has been deducted from my debit card, but booking was not done.
We didn't receive any mail or message for confirmation and cancel of room. I had called to hotel but they have no any answer.

Kindly let me know how can I get my amount back.

I’ve already paid the whole amount to you on the day of booking though the Agoda App. There is no breakfast as well available whereas it was mentioned in your site that breakfast is available. I cannot even find a customer care no or any call back option. What terrible service is this, I’m stuck here!

I have booked flight ticket from Delhi to Kolkata and did not receive any booking confirmation from Agoda neither they are showing any booking IDs. I don't have any option to tell my problem for help.

I had done a booking now with Agoda .. but came to know from the hotel that the breakfast is chargeable for children’s but I had clearly mentioned 2 adults & 2 kids with ages .. kindly resolve this issue or cancel this booking without any charge as I don’t want to spoil my holidays
