How time of Free Visa is calculated
Please find below details of my flight bookings for Air Astana. I will be travelling alongwith my family to Istanbul with a stopover in Almaty (for 3 days) and below are the flight details -
4th April 2020 - New Delhi to Almaty
Air Astana Flight No. KC 908 - Departing New Delhi at 11.35 Hrs and Arriving Almaty at 15.50 Hrs.
7th April 2020 - Almaty to Istanbul
Air Astana Flight No. KC 911 - Departing Almaty at 17.55 Hrs and Arriving Istanbul at 20.55 Hrs.
11th April - Istanbul - Almaty - New Delhi - With 2 hours layover in Almaty
In this case can I avail the 72 Hours free visa for Indians. Please let me know how this 72 hours is calculated. Is it counted from the time you pass and enter the immigration counter while entering and departing the country or is it counted from the time of landing / departing of the flight.
Thanks in advance for the confirmation and kindly let me know if any clarification is required from my end.

last 17oct i was travelling for russia , and i have subbmitted my buggage in good condition, when ihave visited in moscow and seen my buggage there that time i have face it that my buggage is damaged and bad in condition. so no one any claimit properly.

Transit Visa in Kazakistan
Hi Team,
I am traveling to Russia Moscow via Almaty and Nur Sultan via Air Asthana flights. My layover is for 18 hours in Almaty and 6 hours in Asthana. I wanted to as being an Indian can I see both Almaty and Asthana by exiting airport and availing the 72 hour programme that Air Asthana offers for indian citizens?

I have come to know that by an agent that all flights are going to cancel of dates from 11th April to 25th April.

Flight Cancelled and Another Flight got Delayed
My name is Mohammed Ismail I had a flight from Dushanbe to Delhi Via Almaty on 06 Feb 2019 and I get the message that flight is been cancelled just 2hour before check in. Then the flight was rescheduled to 07 Feb 2019 and that also the flight got Delayed for 5 hour due to technical fault in the aeroplane I was made stay in Almaty another one more day. Now I want to know what I should do to claim my compensation. Can anyone please help me out with this.

sir when I go to Georgia and when I check in the then they said to me where is your return ticket . I said that I have no return ticket .the they said to me first you book your return ticket then I'll check in . because many of student deport from there that's why .on this time I book my return ticket and I'm not deported from there. and now I want to cancel my ticket and refund money so what can I do.
