I'm Traveling from toronto to Bombay via dubai.. but I'm traveling Air Canada till dubai and after a 10 hour layover I have air India flight for bombay on different PNR ... How do I get the transfer of my baggage to air india especially when I don't have any transit visa in Dubai..pls assist

I Prashant Dua is travelling from Egyptair and Air Canada on 10th sep from cairo to Toronto via Frankfurt and while booking my tickets i was in a impression that i am allowed 23*2 checked baggage as from frankfurt i have air canada, but while checking on Egyptair and Air Canada websites it's showing something else which i am not able to understand.

Please help me out on this matter, i tried a lot reaching Egyptair and Air Canada by every means possible but no one is answering, i guess this is how you value your customers.

Hello Team AC,

Looking at the situation and ban on flights from India to Canada effective from 22nd of April, I asked my agent to reschedule my flight to the first week of June. My agent denied my request saying that my flight has not been canceled or rescheduled by AC as it's a multi-city flight. Few of my friends got denied boarding (by AC: Operated Lufthansa) saying that "Indian passengers are not allowed to board the flight even if they are traveling via Frankfurt to Toronto". I have the same flight from India to Toronto via Frankfurt.

My question is: If you are not allowing us to travel via other destinations also then kindly cancel our routed flights also- like you canceled the direct ones! Because of you, my agent is not able to reschedule my flight under "COVID REFUND REQUEST".People like me are stuck so badly that we cannot even ask for a refund (as it might take another 60 days). Your all toll-free Indian numbers are either not picking calls or unavailable at the moment.

I need urgent assistance as I have my flight on the 6th of May.

I travelled to Saskatoon Canada to visit my daughter who is a canadian citizen.WE went for sight seeing to toronto,vancouver, Ottawa,Monteral etc.We were supplied earphones for in flight entertainment.All the earphones were defective in all journeys.Sound was received in only one ear. I interchanged the speaker from one ear to another and verified this.My daughter also confirmed that sound is received in one ear for her ear phones also. I presume that defective earphones scrapped by manufacturer are picked up from scrap and given as complement.It is like giving rotten fruit.
The cost of this item iis apx 1 dollar and Air Canada passengers deservr a better deal.

I will be traveling from Delhi to Toronto and will be in the Frankfurt airpot for more than 6 hours. I will be traveling through the premium economy. I want to know, will I be allowed to access the lounge or not.

I want to spend that 6 hours some where so that I can wait for my flight quietly. I am not sure that it will be paid of free but if it is paid than what is way of booking it now and how much they charge roughly ?

I have confirmed ticket for flying to Dallas via Toronto, CA(YYZ). My confirmation number is RZA82V. The ticket was booked with reference No. YSRARW. While coming from Dallas my confirmation number was C9ZT1E by United Airlines. I have got return ticket to Dallas travelling on 30July at 12:10 AM. When I am checking booking status I am not able to find the reservation on line. Please check. I have got the transit visa also.

Hello there,
We will be travelling from Delhi to Montreal, via Frankfurt. There is a 2-3 hour layover in Frankfurt, Germany. Do we require a transit visa to be able to do the layover in Frankfurt?
