I am writing this to enquire about the refund status of my flight ticket with
Indigo airlines 6E-6323,
PNR -NRZ4JR,
Booking id-NF7010428******* dated-16th September,2020
Passenger name-Monika .This flight was non-operational and cancelled by airline due to COVID-19 pandemic.The total amount paid by me was Rs 7165(Seven Thousand one hundred and sixty five).I have tried all the options but nothing is working.Indigo has already initiated the Refund process and trasferred to make my trip account.But the worst service is provided by the make my trip.no valid e-mail id where we can contact and no customer care representative is there with whom we can talk and resolve our issue.You are troubling the people in this pandemic.Very bad.
Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible

Still i am awaiting for my refund. No response from the Airline side. Can we get help!!

My flight was from bhavnagar to surat on 31 may 2018.which was cancelled by your side because of some issue.
I was about to get refund of my ticket within 7 days but still I did not get any refund and response from air odisha which very irresponsible behaviour.
And your help line number is also not received by anyone.
I hope this will work and I dont have to summarise this again and again.
