I had taken the battery in June 2020, which is currently under 54 months warranty, even after this it is not being replaced, then why do you guys give 54 months warranty?
Your representative is saying that if you purchase a new battery, you will be given a discount of 25% which is also equal to the scrap value of the battery, then what is the meaning of this warranty?. You are requested to get my battery fully replaced as soon as possible because currently my battery is under 54 months warranty.

I have purchased Amaron Battery for my scooty in Jul 2022 and still facing defect problems. Neither my retailor not service centre responded. Now I have only option to go customer forum and file a complaint case against company.

I had purchased car battery,in 2019 & in gauranty period I had written a complaint to service centre. Nobody came to our premises to attend the complaint . In Chandigarh office mr. Sanjeev and mr. Naveen are there to take issues of batteries ,I called them , they wrote my complaint and when I called again they were not picking up my phone calls for 2 -3 days and after that I changed my battery from amaron to Exide

I have a Amaron two wheller battery I'm using in my Two wheller bike, but battery Warranty card is lost somewhere, I need to replace the Battery Because battery manufacturing date is FEB 2018 and it is almost 27 months and we have a warantty of 48 months.

Now the dealer is asking for Warranty card to replace the battery from where i can provide. Then i asked him to get the Warranty card using serial no. he refused that we don't have any records.

Recently I have a problem with the battery. two days back I went to amaron battery shop, your people removed the battery and checked, the battery is not working. It will take two days. but till time your people battery was not replace.The shop people behaviour was also very irresponsible, talking way also is very bad.
i am totally disappointed in your service.
so could you kindly replace the battery today only.

Due to this covid-19 lockdown I could not able to return my battery for replacement so kindly extend the battery warranty period as it ends by 08/04/2020

I purchased inverter from your one of the dealer at ajit Singh Nagar, Vijayawada , behind Ravindra cinemas and when I given complaint regarding the problem with inverter, since from two months no one attended the problem

Kindly allocate the dealership points to the suitable persons only and where your service technician can attend the problem

This reflects the worst service of the company

I purchased a batter for my two wheeler for a warrNty period of four year on December 2007.the battery was manufacture on October 2017.the sl no of battery is BAEo244R513274.last 4 month ago I went to the dealer and inform him that the is not functioning.he Checked and returned after charging it.yesterday I again visited but he refused.

I purchased Tata Tia go car with battery amaron. Delivery date 04/12/17. Kilometer - 28000. Around 2 yr battery failure and car not started.
What is the reason for battery failure within 2 yr. Can u help
