The return policy isn't giving any help to the customers.

Has ordered an OTG oven, the package was not sealed properly, open, no thermocol to protect only one side and due to which the side without thermocol has damage to the body, leg and clamps, no invoice available in the envelop sticked to it, the Damaged OTG oven looks like an used OTG. If the consignment dispatched in such manner, there is delay in the service and hence why should the payment be initiated considering that the purpose was washed away by the unnecessary delay.

Amazon should check and assure original brand new product without any damage and with proper packaging should be delivered. If such issues persists, there will be a rethinking whether to purchase from Amazon or not. If a customer receives a damaged product, he should have the right to reject without making any payment. The adamant attitude of Amazon not allowing to book again in this case is unexpected and show the arrogance as if they have monopoly in the open market... Sorry, accept your mistake gracefully.....

Over and over again Amazon delivery agents do not attempt delivery but update that the customer was not available. Multiple orders have been delayed on account of this unprofessional attitude of Amazon.
I am a prime member and have been suing Amazon for years now. But sorry to say. Professionalism does not exist anymore in their services.
