INFORMATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS

A) General Instructions :
1. You are responsible for accuracy of information and filling in the form in the desired manner. You
should ensure that you fulfill the admission criteria as prescribed by the University as on the last
date for submission of Application form for Admission to Management Programmes.
2. Forms submitted by ineligible candidates shall be summarily rejected and no refund shall be made to such applicants.
3. Please send your Application Form for Entrance Test by Registered/Speed Post/By Hand to the nearest Study Centre.
4. Applications received after the due date or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
5. Do not send any other certificate/document except those required with the Form. Additional
documents are required to be submitted with the Admission Form. If you qualify the entrance examination.
6. The effort shall be to allot the nearest possible center, but no guarantee of it can be given. No
request for change of test centre will be entertained.
7. A demand draft of Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of Uttarakhand Open University, payable at Haldwani
has to be sent along with the Entrance test form.
B) Non-Receipt of Hall Ticket :
1. Hall Tickets can also be obtained from Examination Centre.
2. The candidates are advised to retain a photocopy of duly filled-in form for Entrance Test.
C) Reporting of Test Results :
1. Result of entrance test will be displayed on the university's website.
