14 of this form. In such cases the applicant is also required to attach a copy of her/his JEE (Main),2013 admit card.

Important Instructions
(Please read the following instructions carefully before filling up the form)
a. The form duly completed in all respects and supported by all documents (attested photocopies)
should be submitted to the following:
(i). for B.Tech. Programme – The Chairman (Central .B.Tech. Committee) C/o Head, Department of Basic Science & Social Science (BSSS), NEHU, Mawkynroh, Umsning, Shillong – 793 022 by the stipulated last date.
(ii). for B.A.LL.B (Hons.) – The Head, Department of Law, NEHU, Mawkynroh, Umsning, Shillong – 793 022.
(iii).for MBA - The Head, Department of Management, NEHU, Chandmari, Tura – 794 002.
(iv).for M.Tech./Ph.D.(Engg.) - To the concerned Head of Department offering the course by the stipulated last date.
b. The domicile/SC/ST Certificate, issued by a competent authority only, will be recognized.
c. A Demand Draft of required amount drawn in favour of “North Eastern Hill University Shillong” must
be attached with the filled in downloaded form.
d. Students requested application by post for B.A.LL.B(Hons.) and B.Tech. Programme is required to enclose
a Self-addressed stamped envelope with `.40/- stamps affixed on it.
e. The migration certificate must be submitted during the admission or within a month from the date of
admission.
f. Incomplete form will be rejected.
