BAD QUALITY PRODUCT. NEED SOLUTION.

I had purchased a merchandise from one of your stores in Bengaluru on 27th June'23 Invoice no. XXXX084/XXX/XX-XX/XXXXX654 and Reference no. 4084/1/14017 at Arrow showroom of Lulu Hypermarket, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

After a single wash, I see the product condition not good as there are small twines coming out of the product. I had purchased 3 items and 1 item out of it is giving me this problem.

I tried to contact a store in Chennai and they said that I should take the product back to the Bengaluru showroom which is not possible for me. I also tried to call the contact number mentioned on your website and they wouldn’t address anything as someone at the disposal of phone is picking up the call and disconnecting it immediately.

I don’t know whom to contact and what has to be done to the product as it is in a non-wearable condition in just single wash. I am in need of a solution here.

Kindly address this issue and help me out.

Pathetic staff at SEC 17 Chandigarh Store AMISHA!!!

I have purchased shirts for my father. He doesn't like the fabric as it was not comfortable wearing, We went to SEC 17 Store to get exchange the shirts we talked with the staff and there was girl named Amisha I asked her please ask your store manager to talk she said I am the store manager talk to me where store manager was not present and she faked her designation and talked very rudely and literally she said "AB TO NI HOGI CHANGE KARLO JO KARNA HAI"

I purchased a shirt from arrow store ,urban square mall ,udaipur ,Rajasthan,India I just wear it first time and the product is damage and it is cost around 3000 wrost quality shirts and I am very disappointed

Bad quality jacket

Hey, 

This is mayank from kota rajasthan.

I bought an arrow usa winter jacket for my dad on "4th december 2022" from arrow k s fashion kota showroom.

We were convinced by the salesperson for the winter jacket for it's warm capacity. 

But later we got to know it's just a wind cheater and does not insulate the body heat. My dad ride to office on bike daily wearing it, and we're very disappointed by the product as we accepted a lot as we paid a huge amount of 7000 rupees by pushing our pocket limit for a quality warm jacket.

I expect you to look into this matter and take product disciplinary and complaint action.

Fitting Charges

Dear Arrow Team, I am Jayesh Rathi and had visited Arrow at VR Mall, Nagpur. I had purchased Shirts from Arrow and they had taken Rs. 350 fitting charges for 4 shirts. They told us that company policy has been changed and company asked us to collect fitting charges from the customers. So, I request to look after this situation as fitting should be done by Arrow only.

Worst Quality Shirts

I made shopping of more than Rs. 18000 on 11 Jun 2022 from arrow, out of which a shirt, even in the first wash the shirt look like 10 years old shirt, the colour become very full, ashirt priced more than Rs.2000 is useless now.

Please compensate.

bleeding colour of shirt after one time use

Dear Arrow,
I had purchased a shirt from your store 2 years ago but due to the pandemic I was not able to use it. This year when I used it I saw that on the first wash the shirt started to bleed its colour. When I tried to complaint about this they said that it has been two years and nothing can be done about it. I do agree that two years have passed but another fact is that I was sold a defective product as a shirt does not start bleeding suddenly after two years. I request you to please look into the matter and help me to stay your customer.

Replacement of jacket

I’m the regular customer of arrow brand & Kambal ghar and it is also good for me ,all products of this brand are reasonable and good quality but this time I bought a arrow jacket around 10-15 days ago from your distributor- Kambal Ghar, Kachahari,Varanasi and the jacket is defective. Pocket of jacket stitching issues and other stitching also found. I have visited the Kambal ghar and explained all things with the sales person but all are denied to rectify my problem. Being a customer i want replacement of the jacket.
So please look into it and do the needful.

Arrow jacket

I bought Arrow leather jacket last year around 9-10 months back and hardly used 5-6 times but now its started scrapping off from most of the part..

After paying huge amount if one can't use for 2 yrs also then we loose our trust on your brand.its really disgusting that such a good brand has made really pathetic product.

Quality issues

I have purchased one jacket of worth Rs 4000/- @ 50% discount last year. Just after usage of 10 to 15 times it looks very poor in quality viz its fine leather started worn out and cotrise clothe also having stains. Usually i am fan of Arrow brand but this time very disappointed and don't expect such quality from well known branded company. Though i approached to nearby Arrow Center ( Mahgun Mall Vaishali Ghaziabad) and found no satisfactory response.
I need replacement of it.

Chinos quality

Hi Arrow team,

Recently I got a new job in a Multinational company and by looking at the job description and demand I planned to buy a few smart office casuals. I purchased Three Chinos Trousers and two Shirts. But unfortunately one of the favorite color Chinos which I bought gave me a heartbreak. After the first machine wash of that chinos, the Trouser is looking UGLY, it's not showing the true color of it.

Poor Quality of Shirt

I have purchased the ARROW SPORT SLIM FIT WHITE SHIRT on 19 april 2019 from a multi brand outlet of top brands from Aakash Tower (Bahadurgarh). Just after 4 to 5 times usage the coller is showing wowellings. Doesn't expect such quality from a well known branded company.

Irresponsible staffs

Hi,
On 15th july i went to sakinaka store to buy some formals, after purchasing a product. They said tailor is not available now for alterations of pants. Then said i will be getting this product by tomorrow with alterations. So on 16th july i called your store and asked whether it is done by around 8PM he said, yes sir your clothes are ready i went and trusted you guys and didn't checked whether it is done or not. When i came home now to keep it in wardrobe i found it still not yet done.
So i want to asked what kind of people you guys keep in store who are so irresponsible and even i choose some shirts today. Which i am not gonna buy it anymore.
I want some sensible answer from your end. ASAP.

Quality issue in shirt

On march one of my friend gifted me a white shirt of Arrow and that shirt is having quality problem , as treads of the shirt are coming out from every where . So its useless for me. Kind help on exhanging of it.

Not get coupon after remove msg from my mob number

I have purchased the shirts,pants etc about 40 days before then i got coupon through message on my mobile number 8368****05 which was valid till apr 2019 . Unfortunately deleted the message . Cheating customers

I have to exchange a trouser worth 3300 due to bad fitting and purchasing a item more than 3300 but on that item they are not redeem my aristocracy points saying aristocracy points are not valid on exchange item. In short they are cheating their customers making their own terms and conditions. Arrow Kamla nagar Delhi is a fraud. Don't go there.

i have purchased coat on november month in 50 percent offer time..they said one year validity....in the month of june the point i received is just 30...i have complaint to the shop where i bought the coat...they said many members are there in same issue...they said that they complaint to their officials and your problem is solved soon..but till now there is no solution for these issue..i have travelled so many times to arrow shop near to my locality...they said the same reason the point is not added what can i do sir.In future how can i trust arrow products sir.they will give trust and break.

Cheating by Arrow

This is in regard to the points which my son ( Alakshendra Bhardwaj - xxxxxxxx ) got after a purchase in December 2017, a tuxedo worth Rs 10,000 for which he got 5000 points ( valued Rs 5000 ) valid till December 2018.
But as he went for a new purchase, it showed only Rs 150 in his account.

The store person in Mahagun Metro Mall Vaishali said it is due to some sort of change in Arrow's software. Same day when it was confirmed from another Arrow Store in Shipra mall Indirapuram , they said the same thing. Complaint was lodged with at Arvindbrands.com but after two three exchanges of mail, they closed the issue saying it is RESOLVED and the points were valid for a period of 7 months and not one year.They also claimed that a message was sent to my son which he never received.
Are we fool that we let go Rs. 5000.00 for no reason. Is it your business ethics? Shame on you.

Pl. look into the matter and resolve it so that we can redeem our money before it expires.

Regarding poor service at GAYA showroom

Dear Arrow
when I purchased Arrow cloths, around 11100... I got 100% redeemable points value at GAYA Arrow showroom they told me whenever you redeem value limit rs. 3000 at any time..i visited 6-7 time at GAYA showroom. They always told me came at afternoon..then came at evening.. But they don't want to redeem the point value. it is a very bad experience. No doubt the quality of other products are good but the quality of Arrow services at GAYA showroom is not upto level of price.

Service Improvement

It seems that there offers are totally fake and fraud. i visited many times at Gaya outlet but they have given only reasons and not redeemed a single point.
Also they have not responded on customer care no till date.
Very bad service. They need to stop for miss guiding customers.

I bought Arrow shoes from expres Avenue shopping mall in Chennai 6 month ago but just only in 6 months sole of left leg shoe loosed grip. I bought it paying by handsome amount but quality of shoe is very poor.

Arrow laxmi nagar East Delhi spoiled the trousers

I purchased your article from arrow v3s mall laxmi nagar East Delhi on 11th February 2018 at 8 pm a black chinos trouser worth 2500 rupees. I asked them to get it fit from length and they cut it above my ankle length and now it's of no use for I have told them if the article won't get fit properly then I'd return them the same. I have to wear it in a formal meeting with my client and it's very disappointing that I have purchased it from arrow and you have spoiled it like anything. Please let me know if I should go to consumer court or you'll give me a favourable response.
