Transit visa for Minister of State (Tribal Affairs)on his visit
Shri Jaswantsinh Bhabor, Hon'ble Minister of State for Tribal Affairs and his Private Secretary, Shri M. Dilip Kumar would be visiting SAMOA and would be requiring Transit Visa to travel through Australia to New Zealand. The Minsitry of External Affairs, Government of India has issued visa note for both these persons. Kindly inform whether
(i) Both the persons have to appear in person before the VISA authorities
(ii) Any fees is chargeable fron these persons even though VISA Note has been issued by the GOI (Gratis)
