Level 1:

• It will take 10 working days to resolve your complaint.

Level 2:

• If your complaint is not resolved within 10 working days, then you can also email at customer [dot] complaint [at] ayefin [dot] com .
  
• It will take 7 working days to resolve your complaint.

Level 3:

• If your complaint is still not resolved within 07 working days by the solution given by Level 2, you can email to the Grievance Redressal Officer/ Nodal Officer at ombudsman [at] ayefin [dot] com or can write via post
