I have paid an electricity bill using the bill desk website and after paying the amount it is still showed that amount is not paid.Can you please check this issue.

I had paid 750 ruppes for VA exam but the payment status is showing pending and asking to pay again. Please resolve this issue

i made the HDFC credit card bill on 4th of march 2023 worth of rupees 134460.70. till know not reflected in credit card account. the bill desk customer not taking the calls

I did a transaction using "billdesk" to contribute to the NPS Account. After the amount debited from ac, it throws the below error.
"Reason: Sorry. We were unable to process your transaction. We apologize for the inconvenience and request you to try again later."

Hey, I was filling out SCAC application form for FY B.Com. After all the steps, when I paid the application fee, it showed error on the payment gateway and the transaction is successful from my end. The amount is debited from my account. Now what should I do to get the money back?
No one responds to emails or picks up calls.
I think consumer court is the way to go now.

Looks like Bill Desk has either down-sized or does not exist. Given contact numbers have been disconnected or
are continuously off the hook/engaged!
They do not seem to care to communicate with their customers nor answer questions to specific issues re non-payment,
the very service they are required to provide! They should at least inform their customer base that they are not interested
in handling their business, as this is plain to see! Please do not waste your time with this company!

Rs. 598 paid for recharge Airtel through your gateway but they don't receive money though it was debited from my bank account complete the process and give money to Airtel unless I will complaint against .I have the bill reference id please solve the problem asap
