I have made payment of Rs 20,000 by 2nd Oct and deducted from my account (Ref# IGAOKFNZI0). Status of transaction is showing as SUCCESS and the beneficiary has made a clear statement that the same has not been received till today and i had been forced to pay the same amount Rs 20000 to avoid the late fee

I paid the amount by ccavenue to air Asia but they didn't received the payment it seems please do something
