I have also purchase E bike but for sale purpose this staff member give multiple offers but after purchase no one take responsibility to complete commitment. Now this chetak team Kolhapur after one month refuse to provide commited accessories and offers.

Dear sir,
Aap aapki brand ka naam dekar koi bhi scooter sale kr skte ho ye sabhi ko pata hai,chetak s purana rishta hai ye samjh kr li...
But service and performance is not good like old one,I m from coimbatore tamilnadu and we face so many problems in this ev chetak,no service provider is good here,they are not do properly service and solve it,plszz change or cheak with your end,we fill "thaga thaga" with this scooter,no run more than 60/70 k.m after full charge.

I Agree, Bajaj Must have improve the quality of Service , Chetak Product is Good but dealer are spoiling the brand name like BAJAJ.

Unprofessional staff lack of knowledge falls commitment, Product is getting sell jus because of Bajaj ( Hamra Bajaj) Name, no magic.

Bajaj Management must have to look in Service part as we as Dealer working style, Company must have carryout the surprise visit /Audit.
