Pending status from many days...

This is really irritating
I have transferred 10000rs and it still showing pending... I wrote many mails and there is no response yet

Very bad customer service.

We trust your app and transfer the money , at least we expect a response from your end. Please reply to my mails and refund the money

The problem is I transferred

The problem is I transferred the amount of rs.12000/- on 17th night some around 11o'clock the amount has credited from my account but receiver didnt receive the amount .And I got the news it will be debited within 7 workings days still now I didn't receive the amount can you help me out as soon as possible.
