Refund Procedure

- Security deposit will be refunded on the 15th of the calendar month in your registered bank account.
- The security deposit will not be refunded in cases, if there is an outstanding amount of monthly rent.
For Reservation/Booking Procedure

You can reserve either on our website or on the Colive App.
- Log-in on the Colive website or the App.
- View the property you wish to make a booking in
- Click on 'Book Now'
- Review the payment details for your room.
- Pay the reservation amount of Rs. 4,000 to complete your reservation.
