Illegal construction in backyard and put it on rent.

The allottee of the address (mentioned above) has made an illegal construction in his backyard for rent purpose.
He constructed two extra rooms along with toilets and rented them already.
Several people are living there illegally.
Strict actions should be taken against the allottee.
Illegal construction of shops in CGS colony. ISTRIWALA.
I am working in Defence ministry and staying in CGS Qtrs Antophill it is informed that A illegal laundry shop has been constructed connected to a Bldg no 186 sector-6. 3 to 4 people staying there, they always making noise/shouting. They use Electric power and water illegally.They cleaning, washing and bathing there only make the surrounding unhygienic.All the anti social elements assembled there making lewd comments, using unparliamentary language, consuming liquor and smoking which affects badly especially for growing children of Government employees who resides in the colony. As per guidelines no person from outside can encroach Government Land. Kindly take suitable action and remove the illegal structure at the earliest.
Sewer worker death
PWD/CPWD award contract for sewer cleaning without putting important clause as under.
1. Sewer worker will not go inside sewer for cleaning & will follow supreme court order.
2.Machines used for sewer cleaning should be such that worker will not go inside sewer & machines will remove blockage.
Unfortunately Super sucker/SCM & bucket type m/c used by contractors require worker to go inside for connecting suction pipe / alignment.
SME manufacture m/c where worker has not to go inside sewer but PWD/CPWD prefer high cost machines for reason not known to us
