Order Receiving

• All Paid orders within 3-4 days and all unpaid orders within 5-8 working days. 

Cancellation

• If the order that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can write to

• In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company,
  Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
• Once company receive the products back and verify its packaging/condition, they will refund
  your money within 4-5 business days. 

Return / Warranty

Warranty on Charging cable is 6 months

Following cases are not covered in the above warranty- 

• Faults due to wear & tear.
• Faults resulting from improper use.
• Water damage. Please note that Crossloop earphones are water resistant not waterproof.
• In case you face problems, you will get 100% warranty against any manufacturing defect upto 1 year. 
• If the customer wants a refund the full amount will be refunded to user's bank account within 30 working days.
