Refund/Cancellation Procedure

• If you have any query related to the service, then you can contact at 8858188581 or you can mail at dooncabs [at] gmail [dot] com.
• For cancellation, if you cancel the booking before 24 hours before the pickup, then 10% of trip cost will be deducted.
• If you cancel the booking within 24 hours before pickup, then no refund will be given.
• Refund will be made in your bank account within 7 working days.
