Stop payment of my ECS From My Bank Account

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Umesh Manohar Kadam and my policy Number is 003612015E. As i have already surrendered My Insurance policy to your insurance company at Borivali Branch Mumbai, i have a request please do not receive any cash from my bank account as i have already surrendered & tomorrow is my due date, so please i request u to send a standing instructions to my bank to stop payment from there side as edelewiese tokio has already received my policy documents and no more payment us receiving by your side. Please do not send any request to my bank for make u any payment of ecs. I hope u'll accept my request on high priority basis.
