My Electrolux refrigerator had ice being formed in the freezer. Because of this, I called Electrolux on Friday and requested for this to be fixed. The details of this is in the following text message that I received: Dear customer SG2101xxxxxone, two, seven is given to Service Centre Refrigerator Service
A technician (Sunder) visited me at my apartment around 11am on Saturday and said that he would require time to fetch the parts. He then returned at around 6pm and said that he fixed the problem. Because I am into cashless transactions, I paid the sum of Rs. 4,550/- through Paytm.
Because I had temporarily misplaced the bill, I called Sunder yesterday and asked for a copy of the bill. Today, he WhatsApped me a bill for the amount of Rs. 3,200/-. I believe that I have been defrauded.
I tried calling the Electrolux Customer Care number, but the agent keeps disconnecting the call when I ask for a supervisor. I have recorded these calls. It is sad that a company like Electrolux has technicians that cheat the customer and also have customer service lines where customers are disconnected.
To make matters worse, there is ice still being formed in my frost-free freezer.

I am looking for a speedy and 'honest' service.

Dont try to book through this numbers.
They will send you people who are not professional, will take money , fridge would seem to be working for 1 day and then fridge would
stop working. No bills are provided , so you would not be able to do anything. repairmen would not respond to your calls , customer care would not
pay heed to your complaint as you dont have bills.

I have send several mail to (electrolux [dot] care [at] pemail [dot] in) but there is no response after 6 days .Stil i am waiting for my fridge Model No-EBPI6XXX at Nashik , Maharashtra on dated 16.10. Hello I have purchase Electrolux refrigerator before 5 year and within year gas was liked after 3 year again gas liked when completed 5 year now compresser is not working I have connected to customer service he told Frist you have to paid approx 400 for visiting the adress after that you have to pay accordingly to electrician.
Useless products.

I have a single door super cool refrigerator which is not working since 6 days, tried to contact your service many times, even sent a SMS to 53030 and yet no response from your end. Am only being able to contact a fraudulent service centre found on the net, I have recorder their calls and realize that they are duping your customers by advertising on the net as authorised service centre and extorting money in the name of visit charges.
