Had ordered for Amber love
Had ordered for Amber love ceramic plate in mustard yellow colour. What has been delivered is 3 beige coloured plate and one mustard yellow plate. The sizes are also different.
To add to this the order was placed on 25th Jan and was not delivered inspite of several follow ups. It was being wrongly recorded as I have asked for a future delivery. After a long time the product was delivered and that too an incorrect one.
I am appalled at the cavalier way you treat your paying customers. You seem to think that anything can be delivered and whenever the mood takes you. Had thought this to be a reputable brand and hence ordered online ... I regret the mistake I made in trusting the brand.
