As discuss few Minute back, regards to below two applications for Austria Tourist Visa through the Vfs, Mumbai on the 11th Sep 2019.
Passengers are anxious about getting their passports with Visa on time. They have already booked confirm tickets and hotels for 28th Sep (27th Sep Night from Mumbai attached Air ticket)

Visa not received - TRAVEL DATE THIRD JUN
Dear Sir,
This has reference to the following Visa applications submitted at VFS Cochin on 06 May 19.
1. Robin Cherian, Ref No. COAU/060519/0004/01, Passport no. H9589407
2. Helen Mary Jacob, Ref No. COAU/060519/0004/02, Passport no. J0906373
3. Savio Robins, Ref No. COAU/060519/0004/03, Passport no. T4506804
On tracking the above applications, it is understood that applications have been received at Austrian Embassy at New Delhi on 08 May 19. However, no update is seen on VFS website till date. On contacting your office over phone, I was informed that Visa will be processed within 15 working days. The 15th working day is 28 May 19 (today).
I am really worried since my travel date is 03 Jun 19. Also, I need to apply for International Driving Permit after getting Visa which is expected to take few days. Once the passport is ready after stamping the Visa, the courier transit time is approximately 3 days.
I have made paid full amount and made reservation for flights, hotels etc. I humbly request you to process my visa on top priority and dispatch urgently.
Your favorable confirmation in this regard will be highly appreciated.
VISA DELAY
I applied for the Austrian (Schengen) visa through VFS Global Pune office. I was notified that my application has reached the embassy on 27th December 2018.
My traveling date is 8th February 2019. I haven't received any update on the status of my Visa as of now. Kindly update on the status of my visa.

Visa delayed
My daughter has a flight on the 15th of September and we are still waiting for the Visa. She is to go with a group of friends who have been given their visas. Bookings and flights have been done. I request you to please help by speeding up the process for which we will be very grateful.
Heart broken at the lack of consideration
I am to travel with friends on the 15th of September . And have still not recieved my visa , the others have all got theirs .
We all submitted our applications around the same days in different cities. I gave mine in Pune on the 17th of August .
No one responds to mails sent to the embassy and the vfs helpline and mail say they don’t know anything.
This was going to be the trip of my life . Now I’m just left heart broken and stressed and don’t know if I’m the only one will not going on this trip and should I be cancelling my tickets and bookings .
Will someone kindly address this .
Please can this be looked at .

No clue of my and my family visa status
Dear Sir,
I had applied for visa of Austria on May 17, 2018. Details of my application are as follows,
AHAU/170518/0002/01 MR ARVINDKUMAR RAJPUT
AHAU/170518/0002/02 MRS. SANGEETA VISHEN
AHAU/170518/0002/03 MS ANKEETA RAJPUT
We have booked airline tickets and hotels for visit of Vienna, Salzberg and Innesbruck. VFS has done delay in forwarding the forms to embassy. On pending letter sent by on May 30, 2018. Required details are already submitted with our application, but after getting pending letter second time insurance paper are submitted to VFS Ahmedabad and copy is mailed to VFS Delhi and Embasy customer care on the same day. i.e. May 31, 2018. After that we are following pillar to post every available contact no of Embassy and VFS Delhi, but no satisfactory reply received. Our travel tickets are of June 4, 2018, morning time, so we are now in fixed in puzzle. It is going to impact as financial too much.
This is my humble request to give clarification of status and if visa not sent uptill now we can cancel all our bookings and reduce our losses.
This is bad and pathetic experience of VFS service and Austria embassy for tourist like us. There shall be sensitivity to issues faced by tourist visiting your great country. I think embassy team would like to find out route cause of this case and future remedy for the same.
Lastly, convey us exact details and delay reasons and responsible agency, so we can move more recovery of my losses legaly.

I would like to express my dismay at the response of the Consulate to our group member's application for tourist visa. 18 of us are travelling on early 12 May morning but only these 2 didn't get it- Siby Kuriakose ref no COAU/130418/0001/01 and Linda Ref COAU/130418/0001/02.It'll be most unfortunate if they lose Rs 4,00,000/ because of a lack of visa.They were told telephonically that their passports were sent but VFS is quite clueless. Nor have they been informed whether their application was accepted. Please do help so that all of us can travel happily.
