For Refund

• Flight booking Cancellation is available before the scheduled departure time of the first flight that will not be used.
  
• Customer can apply for refund by filling online refund application form on the website with copy of a medical certificate indicating the sickness or accident preventing travelling and the duration of it.
  
• If the reason for cancellation is death, an official certificate or some other reliable clearance is required.
  
• The refund claim must be sent within 3 months from the original departure date for sickness or accident cases, and within 6 months from the original departure date in case of death.

For Baggage

• For travelling in bussiness class the maximum weight must be (70lb)
• The maximum weight of baggage is 32 kg. Special items  may be accepted with a prior approval from the airline
• If you have upgraded the ticket from economy class to business class you are allowed to take one extra bag at free of charge
