Hello sar humne tufan AC Deluxe kharidi इसमें प्रॉब्लम यह आ रही है एक तो कलर इफ़ेक्ट हो रहा है जगह-जगह से कलर उड़ रहा है दूसरे प्रॉब्लम जो एवरेज बताया था शोरूम पर वह एवरेज बैठ नहीं रहा है 10/11 से ज्यादा एवरेज नहीं मिल पा रहा है ऐसी कंडीशन में एक महीना और देखें मैं तो गाड़ी शोरूम पर जमा कराएंगे हमारी गाड़ी में कंपनी प्रॉब्लम है इसे सुधार किया जाए या गाड़ी चेंज किया जाए

Head Problem with Force Tempo Traveller

We from M/s.City Trade Logistics Pvt Ltd.,had lot of passion for Tempo Travellers hence we have bought 8 vehicles in past three years.We have done head phasing work for three vehicles till date.
Vehicle number TN 07 CL 5434 (Purchased on 3/09/!7)
Vehicle abruptly seized in middle of the road with employees vehicle was towed to the shed.
Vehicle Number TN 07 CR 2529 ( Purchased on 29/10/18)
Vehicle Radiator water was reducing daily,radiator was serviced.no leak found.head removed and phased.
Vehicle number TN 11 AA 4863 (Purchased on 31/03/17)
Vehicle radiator water is reducing .no leak in radiator.
I was not given any mail id by your customer care toll free hence had to write it here.
Would request the concerned to respond.

गाड़ी का काम नहीं होने पर शिकायत

मैंने जुलाई 2018 को स्कूल के लिए टेम्पो ट्रैवलर 17 crd खरीदा है
खरीदने के बाद अभी तक कोई समस्या का संविधान नहीं मिला है मेरे को खरीदने के 10 दिन बाद 10 से 15 टैंपू में बहुत सारी प्रॉब्लम आ रही है Chandra मोटर्स जोधपुर मैंने कई बार जाकर टेंपो को दिखाया लेकिन वहां पर कोई सुनते नहीं है मैंने 1 मंथ के अंदर 10 दिन मेरे को जाना पड़ता है वहां मेरी इस गाड़ी की वजह से दूसरी गाड़ी भेजनी पड़ती है बच्चों को लाने के लिए मेरा रोज का 5000 का नुकसान हो रहा है
ऑयल फिल्टर के अंदर 5 महीने से प्रॉब्लम हो रही है उससे पहले स्ट्रीम में प्रॉब्लम थी छोटी-छोटी हर प्रॉब्लम का कोई सुनता ही नहीं है और हमारे को नुकसान भुगतना पड़ता है निवेदन है कि मेरी यह समस्या का सविधान करें

Problem in service

Sir,
I had sent my force 17 seater passenger vehicle at your Service center in Bikaner @ Rajasthan for Normal Repairing
After the check-up I was informed that the repairing cost will be within rs.27'000/- and it will take 2 days time.. I had given a go-ahead on this...
From that day till today... My said vehicle is not repaired and the estimate has increased from 27000/ for the same problem .... After several times of reminders yet I haven't got my vehicle repaired and 'coz of that I'm bearing a loss of rs. 2500/day..

Further the question arises...
*Who will be paying or is responsible for this unnecessarily delayed period..
* Is a AUTHORIZED garage diagnosis is of this type/kind.
*Do you think you should continue to AUTHORIZE this garage to continue after showing so much of negligence in their work..
* Can a running vehicle require so many parts to be changed or you are fooling innocent customers.

Further, I request you to please reimburse my all losses for delayed period and the mental harassment given by you and do kindly return my vehicle in a good condition.

Engine problem in traveller

Dear sir,
I have purchased tempo traveller 17+D for school on 23 april 2018. On 17 th nov.2018 vehicle stoped working.
Traveller sent to your workshop m/s Rajo motors pvt. Ltd. Alwar (Raj.). I have complained so many time on toll number. I brought in your notice through service engineer Mr. Vijayant khanna by email. Nobody listen. I am bearing rs 4000/- per day loss to arrange the vehicle for school staff and children. Where should I go and whom should I complain don't know. Niether service engineer Mr. Vijayant khanna nor your dealer m/s Rajo motors pvt.ltd replied my email till date. I have no choice rather than to go to consumer court. Problem in service

Dear Sir/madam,

My name is Sachin Gupta. I am writing this mail on behalf of the force cruiser which our school had purchased. I would like this to bring in to your notice that while selling your vehicle, your salesman makes lots of promises for services but after purchasing you keep calling your service as well as sales people. Nobody literally care for providing services.

I am really disappointed with service guys whom I am calling from last so many days but seems like nobody is bothered to even call you.

Please look into the matter.

Non issue of permit.

Sir I purchased one tempo Traveller 14 seater from usg motors kolkata who promised us to deliver us the all India permit for the same, which has not been issued since last 3 years. The vehicle number is wbo4g 1324.
I got the vehicle through your agent named Mr Tapan and now I am being in touch with your bengal head Mr kunal Dutta who now simply denies that we have any rights to claim the permit from usg motors.
I request you to look into the matter, I am distressed and if I have any kind of nervous breakdown because of this huge loss incurred through your company s irresponsible behavior it will be on your head..
I simply want a permit for my vehicle which was promised by your USG motors at the time of purchase.
