Whereas in execution of certificate No. dated drawn up by the undersigned, Tax
Recovery Officer, and whereas the said Tax Recovery Officer has sent a certified copy of the certificate to the undersigned under section 223(2) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, the following property consisting of current coins/currency notes has been attached :—
(1) Current coins, (2) Currency notes, .
It is hereby ordered that out of the property so attached Rs. in current coins and
Rs. in currency notes shall be credited to the Central Government.
