Grievance acknowledgement and resolution :
Customer care team will send an acknowledgement, through SMS or email, to the customer within 3 working days of the receipt of the Grievance.
Grievance will resolve within 15 days of its receipt and each redressal or rejection of the issue shall be conveyed via email or letter, along with reasons.
