I bought a Gionee M15 , barely 2 months the battery swell up. This is unusual of your product. Please, I need a battery replacement. I couldn't find it in the market.

I submitted my gionee phone at service center bcoz there was some touch issues. I got my phone back almost after one and half month. After receiving i noticed other features were not working anymore. Even the problem registered were not sorted. What do I do now? I ad submitted the phone in warranty and now dat is also gone. Kindly help me out.

I m facing the problem of outgoing unwanted messages from my phone Gionee P5L which causes deduction of my main balance. This is going on from last 2 months but till now the service center doesn't provide any solution. What to do with my handset now it is of no use. It is the problem of software update version. U should look after the problem and get me some solution.

I am in urgent need of an original Gionee P6 1950 Mah Battery. This is not available in any service centre within the district of North 24 Parganas under the state of West Bengal. The procurement of this battery is suspended by these service centres for an indefinite period from a long time. I have purchased this model early January,2015. Please let me know the probability of supply of the aforesaid battery by the company in early future, if not, should I kept my Gionee P6 model in a museum? Is it be considered as the business policy of your company? Should I drag my sufferings in this connection to the corporate media for a negative advertisement for the company?

i have face trouble in the mobile Gionee A1 Black. dead, no charging, Handset not charging,

have submitted the same to you service center on 12th may 2018.

I was told that it will be repaired and will be handed back to me in 10 days but haven't received the same till date. when questioned i get a very casual replies stating the part is not available with us.

i dont have any substitute replacement for my phone which has made my life colorless.

i need my phone repaired or replaced otherwise i will take legal action against the company.

since the phone is under warranty i am eligible for replacement.

I have been using Gionee A1 lite from around 4 months now. There has been a problem of flickering screen right from the very beginning, but recently this problem has increased quite a bit.

Suddenly the screen starts flickering and I have to lock the screen and unlock using the power button in order to use the touchscreen again.

When called, the toll free customer care number they asked to me do my pending software update, even though I've done that the problem still persists.

Please solve this issue or get me a handset replacement. I would also wish to state that the service got from Gionee till now has not been appreciable.
