HOME DIGITAL LOCKER - CHEATED BY GODREJ

I have purchased Godrej Digital locker from Shop, when i came home and open it same is not working. Display was not showing anything. I have lodge complaint as i got defective product. Technician is saying he need 600 Rs for service. Why defective product is given to me and why should i pay to technician. This is a malpractice and cheating to customer strategy followed by Godrej and their service provider. Almost one month is over till date my issue is not resolved. Request all people BEAWARE and avoid buying any product of Godrej. In past i had purchased Godrej Refregerator, in 18 month it stop functioning, please don't buy any Godrej Product.
Not getting any support also there is no email id of their seniors to whom i can escalate. No one is bother about customer

Twinbolt Ultra XL+ -- Experiencing fraud on the name of warranty

In this pandemic we saw a downfall in almost every sector but i never believed there will be downfall in the status of a brand value of such big companies. I use to believe in Godrej just like we have the image of Tata's in our mind today. But are we loosing the trust in Godrej??? I will give an example

Recently as we always do, when it comes to interior/ home security the first name/ brand comes to our mind is of Godrej, although Europa is trying a competitive position and i think they will overcome soon if this is experienced by multiple customers.
I bought multiple products of Godrej and after six months my TwinBolt Ultra XL+ resulted into an issue, as the needle used to pull to open the door seems to dislocated.

Since it is in warranty as expected i made a complaint online (can be seen below), a complaint was registered and the technician was arranged. the question is if my product is in warranty why i have been asked to pay the service charges or visiting charges to service the lock "WHEN IT IS ALREADY IN WARRANTY" ????

Are you guys started fooling the customer under the name warranty ?
What kind of service charge are you expecting from customer who blindly purchase your product showing enormous trust on the value ??
A company ensures us to provide warranty of there products and it should be there duty to ensure the product is serviced without any additional charges, as the customer has already payed the required amount to you.

This is really disappointing and cheap thing i have experienced from a brand like Godrej.
I need immediate assistance here.
