I bought a frost free Giant Godrej Refrigerator of 500 litres from Khosla Electronics Uluberia 24 April 2022. I am sorry to say that the refrigerator didn’t give me a trouble-free and satisfactory service even for a few days. The main trouble started in the freezing section of the refrigerator. After an irritating service for a couple of days, it stopped working all of a sudden. It also started making an unbearable and irritating sound. I need not remind you that it carries a two-year warranty against any technical fault. I hope you will replace the defective refrigerator at the earliest. Needless to say that if the needful is not done, I will be compelled to go to the Consumer Court for redress.
This mail is to notify you that 1 of your engineers named Sushant Patil came to repair our refrigerator's bulb last week but instead stole the coil as well as the sensor along with an amount of Rs. 1500/-. He said he is taking all the parts in order to replace them as everything has gone faulty and will return with parts in a day or two but never returned. On calling several times he just gave lame excuses of not able to find the parts to replace or his uncle has died. Today he had the audacity to block my call and didn't even reply to my messages.
I request you to please look into this matter and kindly resolve it as soon as possible or I will have to take strict actions towards this fraud engineer as well as Godrej for hiring such engineers and causing inconvenience to customers.

We had purchased a Refrigerator from Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd on 14/07/2018 (Product Name: RTEON241 P3.4 DS) worth Rs.23299/-. Godrej representative Mr.Nitesh Chavan guided us with the process of purchase giving fake information regarding the product quality as per training provided by Godrej Company to fraudly sell damaged products to customer by taking their trust granted for the company.
The device started giving issues within one month of purchase. There were door closing issues, there were unexpected vibrations within the device. Each repair was charged despite of being in warranty period. Within a year of purchase there were Compressor related issues, the repair of which was again charged. The person sent for repairing the issue was untrained and unaware of the method to resolve the issue, he made wrong fittings to the device which resulted in damage of the compressor (or maybe it was purposely done to launder money from the customer). It was company's mistake yet we were charged for it.
Now when we call the customer care representatives, they do not respond or give rubbish reasons of not attending the complaint send messages saying “Your issue has been resolved”. One of the customer care person says “ONE PRODUCT CAN TURN FAULTY, IT IS YOUR DESTINY NOT THE COMPANY’S FAULT”. Such useless customer care persons should be immediately kicked out by the company.
IT WAS OUR BIGGEST MISTAKE TO TRUST A FRAUD COMPANY LIKE GODREJ, I HOPE THIS COMPANY SHUTS DOWN COMPLETELY IN NEAR FUTURE AND PAYS A HUGE AMOUNT FOR COMMITING SUCH FRAUDS WITH THE CUSTOMER. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE ANY GODREJ APPLIANCE.
RETURN OUR ENTIRE HARD EARNED MONEY PAID TO YOU FOR THE DEVICE OR REPLACE THE DEVICE AT THE EARLIEST. WE WILL OTHERWISE BE COMPELLED TO TAKE FURTHER STEPS.

Service boy visited 4 time in a weak after getting number of calls but issue not resolve. And he is not responding my calls and making fake commitment every time.
Request to provide solution as I still facing same issue.
I face worst experience with Godrej service.
Their technician name VIJAY OJHA from kota Rajasthan, he is so bad. He kept us waiting for 10 days and after 10 days he said i can't do the work rudely and hang up the phone. Is this the way to talk to customers. We paid and bought the godrej product and what their technician is doing. We have lost faith in godrej.

I bought a fridge in 2013- godrej edge sx (210 l). It was working fine until a week ago when I found that the freezer was punctured. I called customer care. My complaint was registered but I didn't get any complaint no. or code. The executive just assured me that a technician would visit. Yes he came. He told us that a new freezer & compressor had to be fit & that it would cost around (5500 + 2800) + 350 visiting charges althpugh our fridge is still in the warranty period. He gave us three options for the compressor- with reciept, without reciept & a jugaad compressor- each with a different tag. We, trusting the brand, went for the compressor with reciept. He came the next day after hours of waiting. He took the total amount on the pretext of getting the required parts. He came back & fit a second hand freezer (that too haparzdly) & a local brand compressor. On asking for the reciept & warranty card, he handed over a hand written paper without even the service centre's name. Since then, I started calling the customer care no. After 7 consecutive calls ( everytime my call was recieved but my query wasn't resolved) , an executive was kind enough to finally tell me my complaint no. I've been calling ever since to resolve my problem. But I still stand cheated by the company & the fraud technician. No one is ready to take action against the technician or even tell me from which service centre he came. All the executives on the customer care helpline keep saying that this info is only with their senior but do not revert. That guy is obviously not taking my calls anymore. How can you claim that you value your customer ???
Edited to add that the technician & his helper- none had a mask or a sanitizer. Hopeless guys !!

Purchased a Godrej 3578 model refrigerator on 15 March 20, the pasting rubber in the door of the freeze is not pasted properly and as a result cooling is not being made properly. Please arrange to get it fixed.
