Complaint for Refund of Cancelled Flight G8-101
My 2 Flight Tickets were booked by TRAVLUK Travelling From Delhi to Port Blair in Holiday Package with
Booking Reference No - HE3MMK for Himanshu Vashishth & LBIZVT for Ms Swati Ghai.
Date of Booking was 21 April 2023.
But at the last Movement Airline Cancel the Flight G8-101 dated 15 May 2023.
That's Why, I have to Purchase new Flight Tickets at last time with Extra Fair of morethan 10,000 Rs,
which is so harassing for me and My Holiday Trip was over budget due to Extra Payment for New Tickets.
Now it's more than 8 months from Flight Cancelling and I have not received my Ticket Fair Back.
Even Toll Free No are also Temporarily Out of Service
I want to know when my Amount will be refund to me.

For this the web checkin start 72hours
Your agent "Sameer" just calls me today and make fun of me. This is entirely your fault that you did not notify me on time. i had to re schedule as notification was not given, no calls, no sms, no mails.
And now your person calls me today and says he says all bullshit???
i need a resolution here , as the earliest.
I request you to please check my call records and understand the issue at once, as this particular ground staff has made me do ths.He was literally laughing and telling me that only option i have is to travel for the paid flight. what was my mistake in if started to do thw eb checkin on time, which in within 72hours of the flight. And on seeing the cancel status, i tried staright for 3hours to connect with any possible customer of yours but there was no response, sho finally after trying for 3 hours, without any notification, i planned to change booking date as that was the only option available, and today your persona calls and tries to make a fool of me. I repeatedly asked him to connec the call to his senior which he did not, he ket annoying me by saying the same thing over n over again.
I am really unsatisfied with this GOAIR, I would like to waste my time in writing this entire thing so that this does not happen to any other customer, and specially such customer care people should be thrown out at once as they are uselesss, i spent 40mins before writing this mail with this person "SAMEER". Please take the Utmost possbile action as this person made a fool of your organisation, he shpould be in a govt office providing pension. Does not knw how to speak and does not what to speak, he does not even know that web checkin in mandatory, He said "YOU COULD HAVE DONE IT AT THE AIRPORT WHY DID YOU RESCHEDULE, ITS NOT OUR FAULT WE ARE CALLING YOU ONLY"...wow , Are you so unprofessional now!
please escalate this to the highest authority possible and revert ont this email as i do not want to waste anymore time on this conversation since i really hope you will.
attaching both my tickets,. i have rescheduled my flight for 8dec anyways and paid extra for it was i was not notified that my prior ticket of 2nd dec got cancelled. its not my missout, i should not be paying for it.

Deduction against declined ticket

I had booked a to and fro ticket from Lucknow to Mumbai on 20 Feb 2020 for a price of Rs 9926/-. The transaction was completed however I had received a mail stating that the transaction had declined.
View urgency of travel I had to complete the booking. Due to this ,I had to rebook the tickets. It seems that the transaction was completed , however the system had failed to relay the same to the ticket booking software.
I would humbly request the administration to look into this double debit.

I (Sanjeev Kumar) took a flight from Patan to Delhi on 24th November 2019 on Go airways flight no G8 150 (PNR No. N8Q87G).
While receiving my baggage at Delhi Airport, Terminal – 2, I found that my baggage was handle poorly and got damaged from multiple palaces. After noticing my baggage I went to baggage handling desk and informed Go Airways representative available at the baggage desk that my baggage has been damaged.

I booked tickets from GoAir website twice, money deduction from bank, payment mode was paytm. It got transferred to wallet and payment is successful from Paytm side. GoAir says it is declined. I haven't recieved conformation of tickets nor the refund.
Send the refund immediately and ticket also. I have already spoke to executives 7-8 times. They are asking me to ask bank and Paytm. I spoke to them already, transaction is complete and successful from their side. Where is the money then?

A complete refund as Promised by your Senior Manager Mr. Amir of Srinagar Airport for the inconvenience I faced due to your technical slag for the flight to Jammu.
Attached are the details of my flight ticket and timings, which was Suppose to fly from Mumbai to Jammu but took a stop at Srinagar & never reached Jammu due to your technical issues. We were given options to fly back to Mumbai or else reach Jammu via road, but there was no flight for Jammu.

Boarding Pass at midnight for Lounge access
We are flying by Lufthansa and landing in Delhi airport at 00:45 after midnight. The next GoAir flight from Delhi to Bagdogra is at 11:15am. Therefore I booked the Plaza Premium Lounge at Terminal 2. However, we must have an onward boarding pass in order to proceed through domestic security and access the lounge.
