from last 7 day waiting for engineer visit

My Haier air conditioner hasn't been cooling properly for the past week, leading me to suspect a potential gas leak.
I lodged a complaint on April 7th, 2024 at 9:00 AM, with the service request number GH2024040700xxx
Despite multiple follow-ups with the customer service team,
I've yet to receive a call or have an engineer visit my residence.
I kindly request that this issue be addressed with urgency.

we have purchased Haier Air conditioner nos 1 which 1.5 ton
These ac's placed in my home in sitapur
i am facing problem from last month and am trying to contact customer care and they record my complaint. Technician come at to place he solve issue but next day happened or after two three day problems remain same. i don't want your ac now....its giving me a lot of problem .

When you purchase anything they say we install it and first service free.all they say is lie they are be like if you call them for installation they say sir covid period we can't came then we install by it own.ok we understand it that covid time so no problem but when we will call them for service they simply say it is out of guaranteed
We but it just before 2 days of covid lockdown I started calling them from day one but they haven't came then we install it by calling own service man
Now when their first free time service came they say it is out of guaranteed we can't buyed before 2 days of lockdown and installed in may and we call in April to service even after a year they haven't done if you can't make your own wishes so don't say it before buying
Ask them for any type of things they simply say sir lockdown sir covid all problems issue they say is covid the wrost brand Haier rating will be 0 out of 10 the wrost.

Defective piece

This is to draw your attention to the fact that we have received a faulty Haier refrigerator. It makes constant abnormal noise and we are not at all satisfied with the product therefore, we would like the company to either replace the model or repair the current refrigerator model that we have purchased from Sales India.

Complaint against split AC Quality aspects.

Sir, your product split Air conditioner 1.5ton, became pathetic may 2017 purchased ac become defective in April 2020,you can count time period of use. Condacer, compressor both become defective. Quality norms not being followed within this short period occurred it's matter of shame. I will never advice go for Haier product.

Complaint against Haier service center

We had bought 3 ACs for our home for residential use from Haier 6 months ago. These are still under warranty period only.
1 of those AC become faulty and its Fam motor is not working at all and keeps showing the error code 'F1' on its display. Upon registering the complaint with service center and also contacting the dealer through which we bought these ACs, service center responding with the most bizarre reason one can think of, that is, the 1 AC which is faulty is because of Voltage problem at house and they can't do anything.

This response is so outrageous that too within valid warranty period, i asked them 2 questions below for which we haven't got answer yet -

1. We bought 3 ACs from Haier and other than that we have got 4 other companies ACs at our home. How come this voltage problem happened only to 1 of the AC and others are still working fine?
2. We are given fake promise from Haier while selling these ACs that these Haier AC has got in-built voltage regulator. if that is so then how come the voltage problem is affecting AC?

we are NOT yet given any response from Haier service center and our faulty AC is NOT being replaced by them that too under valid warranty period. It has been so outrageous we are think of legal notice to them.

Gas from the Compressor is Leaked

I have purchase an air condition machine before 3 year from Reliance Thakurpukur showroom. i paid for Servicing purchase time your`us representative doing commitment our representative will be working from time to time but sorry it may have been a day after i got a call from myself free servicing but I think i paid five-year money, but he /our company I did not call me once.The money went to my water, maybe a company like this might make a fool of people.

Very bad product. After sales service is very poor. Customer care no is always coming engage. I had purchased the fridge on 7th Oct. 2018 and from then on I am after them. Nobody has attended to my complaint. Worse company and worse products.

I have purchased a Haier Split 1.5ton AC on 2nd Aug 2018 in Delhi Palam Dwarka new delhi 110077 and logged a complaint agaist it when the AC stopped working after than the technician came and checked but he has no idea about that model of AC or about split AC . Now mid of oct 2018 has arrived and till now they say that they have ordered one PCB for indoor but didn't check the outdoor then said outdoor PCB is also damaged and have ordered that. But till now they haven't figured the problem or resolve that. I haven't seen a company which treats it customer in such a way. I had a worst experience with your service center. Definitely I am never suggesting anyone to buy Haier product and definitely not repeating this mistake again.

They came to check the AC cooling. And they didn't even listen to the problem. He just came and cleaned it which I would have done it myself. He just cleaned it with a brush and went when my problem was the AC gave the same cooling at 16 and at 25. And now I have a F1 error. I don't know where to go and tell this problem and your customer care number don't even work.

Your area representative Mr. Pervej Reabareli UP. He come every times but he partially repair the AC and my problem is not short out till date.
Do not repair the AC please change the defected unit as soon as possible.
Your service is too poor we will not purchase the any type of appliances from Haier and never recommend to others.

Worst service center ever!

I had bought this haier split ac last year april 2017. After two days installation, the ac stopped giving cooling effect. Then those service center guys cane abd said there is gas leakage in the pipe n repaired it.
After a year i shifted my house. So i had to dismantle and reinstall the ac in my new house. Which i installed in this year april. After installing they said they have to fill the gas again as the gas got leaked. So they did! Now again since Past three weeks cooling effect has stopped. It s not even a month since they filled gas. From the time i have got this ac i am just facing lot of problems.
PROBLEM 1 - Gas leakage multiple times
PROBLEM 2- No cooling
PROBLEM 3- no proper service from the service center
PROBLEM 4-They don't address my issue on time
PROBLEM 5- The service center people keep delaying the service and i have to constantly remind them and call them hundred times!!
PROBLEM 6-service center doesn't respond properly.
PROBLEM 7-the service is not at all the worth of money i spend.
PROBLEM 8-I lost the remote . So when i complained regarding that. The service center guy asked me to watsapp the model number to a number. Which i immediately did. After that there was no response from their side. I had to constantly remind them . Then finall yesterday they came with a remote which was not compatible with my AC. So my question is what is the point of taking a photograph of the model number and watsapping him? When you end up getting nothing. Now they are like they need another four days of time to get the remote.
PROBLEM 9-As there is no cooling effect again. I called the customer care number. He said that the mechanic will come within 24 hours but the service will be chargeable! But why??? What is my fault in the gas leakage? Why is it chargeable? Your technicians aint efficient enough so how is it my fault?
My biggest fault is i considered buying ac from your company. This is my biggest fault.
I stay in Vellapanchavadi poonamalee high road area in Chennai. So people if you are planning to buy AC from this company and you stay in Vellapanchavadi. I would suggest you not to buy!!! Because if your ac gets some issue the service center will never address the issue on time and you will get frustrated with them.
I hope my complaint reaches the higher authorities of Haier company!

Complaint against Service Center

I have Haier Split Ac which had cooling problem. After complaining technician visited from Sai Service Center,!Goregaon. According to him the part was burnt in compressors due to shortage of gas. He made bill of 6000 which I paid. But the moment he left, I checked and found that I’m having same cooling issues. If I call that service Center, that technician suggests me to change the Ac. If it’s like that he should had suggested before. And what about my paid money?
I never expected such reply from your service center.

I purchased spilt AC on 28/04/2018 but till today i.e. 06/05/2018, no one entertained for installation. I am in contact with AC dealer as well as customer care of haier. Only my complaint registered for sympathy but not for action. A poor condition , I have to wait only or install from other installer.

CHANGE THE A/C

I brought a Haier 1.5 window AC on 04/20/2018 n from the store technician came to fix that, we was busy in our daily schedule so we didn't get chance to check the cooling of the AC, on 04/30/2018 we checked the AC there is no cooling so we called in the store and they send one technician n he told there is not Gas n some leakage problem. we store in the store to change the AC he refused to do that. no response from him. this is the first time I tried to use HAIER very bad experience.

Warranty not cleared

Our Haier Ac 1.5 ton, I had purchased April 2014, so many times it will trabull the past 4 years I had several times gas leaked problem, finally compressor had 100% failed, the compressor warranty 5 years I have purchased bill, but company warranty does not cleared me, 100% tension please avoid Haier electronic items.

Worst service experience for inverter Split AC

Haier 1.5 inverter split ac is not working since past 2 months. I had raised a request C020180303102365 regarding this. The technician visited after 3 days and informed that PCB is damaged. Yhey ordered for a new PCB. some one from customer care called me and said PCB has arrived and asked to share the code. The technician would reach soon. They had resolved the ticket by getting the code from me and the technician never turned up.

I had raised a new ticket C020183012104099 since the issue is till unresolved. One technician came and said the issue is with sensor and will need to check if sensor is available. I am really frustrated with the unusual delay and worst quality in service. I had reported the issue in Feb and still this is not resolved.
