Faulty cable done by service station and asking for paid replace

Respected Sir I am a Harley owner my vehicle number is MH 12 MM0489 I am having a Harley Davidson Street 750 for which my vehicle kilometre is done somewhere around 4400.
I had applied for a recall of change of brake assembly Which was from the company side. I went to the showroom in the morning at Amanora town in Pune till there I drove my bike And delivered the bike to the concerned person.
He inspected the bike which was working and throttle Ing proper.
After 15-20 minutes of me delivering the bike when I received a call from the company saying that my acceleration cable is damaged or broken.
I drove my bike from my house to the company service centre the concerned person took the delivery of the bike he himself throttled the bike .
And later on was told to me that the bike accelerator cable was faulty and needed to be replaced as app I find it a bit disturbing and suspicious as I myself drove the bike to the service centre And handed over the same to the concerned person and still they are telling me that the cable was faulty from first or rusty and needed to be changed with charges of Rs.3800 pleasePlease guide me through the entire process as I find it suspicious as their service centre being on the Mono poly basis we have to get it done or the bike can’t move or be taken elsewhere for any work .

The service centre give me a good feedback on my brakes they also guided me for the replacement of the call back of the same they help me in the breaking of my bike .
but in the same scenario it is quite annoying that they might have broken the cable by over acceleration or hard acceleration and keeping the blame on the customer to get it replaced with the charges of 3800/-

I have purchased a new street and I was very happy with the new bike and over all services provided by Harley dealer at Vashi. But was very disappointed that due to the back rest the rear seat has absolute discomfort. So I spoke to the dealer and shown that I unable to ride my bike with double seat.... but I got a response that I will have to manage it on my own with a local fabricator..... I can understand if I get such answer from any Indian low brand but a brand like Harley to get such a response is not at all accepted. On top of it when u spend 6.5 lakhs on a dream bike and u have a complete discomfort while riding it.... it leaves a disappointment and bad impression about a brand like Harley......

Poor service and response

I have purchased fat boy 2018 from One of your dealers called Nine bridges Ahmedabad. I am not at all happy with the service provided by the sales executive . Despite paying the full amount of vehicle , 15 days back , bike is not yet delivered to me , level of commitment in completing the assigned task is very pathetic as the result Harley brand per say is getting damaged. The staff is very casual towards their duties and never ever stick to commitment. I am so much fed up that now I have decided not to take the bike and ask them to return my money back. I will escalate this matter to Harley US if suitable action is not taken in this regard . Dealer is fooling around with the customer thereby downgrading Harley brand . I will never ever recommend to buy bike from this dealership.
