Return/Refund

• Customer can cancel the order if it is not shipped through 'My Orders' section.
• In case order has been shipped, but not delivered, contact customer care at 1800123008866
  or email at care [at] healthandglow [dot] com, customer might be requested to decline the receipt of
  the order. Once the product reaches warehouse, it will be verified and refund will be initiated
  as per refund policy.
• If the product received is wrong/defective product, customer should contact customer care
  within 48 hours of product delivery.
• If replacement is not issued, a complete refund for the returned item will be processed after
  verifying the returned item .
