Complaint on continued trouble and technician extorting money

How are you?
I had bought a HUL Pureit UV water purifier machine some time ago and it was all good until recently when the cartridge was showing red and I called technical to change it.
The technician (Vikrant Kadam) opened the machine and changed the cartridge and announced that the float sensor was broken although just 5 mins back it was working fine.
So I had no choice but to get the sensor changed. Now within 2 months of the change the same problem started and when I called the technician and told his the problem he said he will visit and check but never turned up. I called him repeatedly and he stopped taking my call. When I called him from another number he answered and made an excuse and sent some other novice friend of his.
This new technician ( Akshay Kamblekar) came in a hurry and opened the purifier informed that the float was broken and in a hurry to go just closed the machine abruptly with the UV lamp half hanging out. When I told him he said it's normal and when I told this to Vikrant he also said it's quite normal.
Now, I don't know what to do and who to talk to in this extortion racket your technicians are running. I am sick and tired of chasing people for a basic thing like a water purifier.
I am hoping this complaint makes you aware of this racket and you will relieve me of my problems at the earliest.

Services Refusal
Dear Mr. Srinivasan,
My self is an unfortunate client with your company, unfortunately I have water purifier from your company, in the Middle of March 2020 your services executive has replaces a candle thereafter from next very day the purifier was stated making trouble in getting start, we inform your executives who replaces the candles about the problem, he advised us speak to customer services, we reported the same to your customer services, but due to first lockdown they were helpless, that we also understand.
We do also understand due to COVID – 19 services got hampered and we are not going to get the frequent services, therefore we continuously chased your Customer serviced to help us and get the thing rectified, your CS always raised our request for services but your services executive call us and advised that they are unable to come for services, always declined.
But now it is enough and a humble request if your team don’t have potential to resolve the issue accept it and cfm me, will won’t bother you in future.

Escalation Mail
Hi UniLever PureIt Team,
This is regarding Escalation on Feedback # CO346154256 (created on dated: 22.Dec.2019), for Germkill Kit & SF replacement.
But till now none have reverted back to this Feedback # CO346154256 and after 22nd, we have called the PureIt support contact around 5-6 time each day (till yesterday - 29th). Only response we're getting is it will be rectified with 48 hours for each day (5-6 days contacted the same & getting the same response), but nobody attends this complaint and I don't know what the hell is happening here.
Kindly let me know whether are you going to fix this Feedback # CO346154256 or do I need to "Throw Out" this current "UniLever PureIt" and I'm planning to get a different brand.
Note: Kindly let me know why frequently I need to change the GKK & SF, I think something BUG / issue with this and UniLever PureIt is cheating their customers but changing GKK & SF frequently. I'm not only facing this issue and I have checked with my Friends & Relatives, as they're also facing this same issue.
KIndly note: To my experience this is not PureIt - it's WrostIT.

Hi Team,
I bought new Purit 23 lite last month and its heaving Tab leakage issue,
I called many times on toll free no and log a complain - CO34535692,
As per your data base it's almost passed 6 to 8 days but still my issue is not resolved. even I am not getting any proper answer from toll free no.
my last call duration was 20 min. one of you team member put me on hold and after waiting 20 min i disconnect my call.
please check your data base and take proper action on the same .
else I will take legal action on the same.

Improper service. Rude behavior of service men
I purchased pure it water purifier on 26th July 2018 from Matoshree Yavatmal. I was told that the machine will be installed within 24 hours. After personal fallow up Mr. Rafique reported ely team leader placed at Akola advised me to send my details to one Mr Abhijit. Mr Abhijit visited my house at 8.15 pm . First he asked me to bring taplon tape. Then He asked me to give Allen key to open tap. Since same was not available with me I expressed enability and told him that you should have bring the same. Mr. Abhijit told that they will not carry the same. He then advised me to call plumer. I expressed enability since it was 9 pm. Then he said I will hang the machine and rest you get connected by your plumber. I denied for the same. Then he asked me to call plumber and get the tap opened only then he will install machine. Day after i.e on 28 th July I managed to open tap and then called mr.rafique to send the man for installation. Hetoldhe will send his man on Monday. Monday I called rafique as well as Abhijit to visit my house for installation of machine. At that time hetoldhe that he will first check the pressure of water and it it found ok he will install machine. I said Ok . However Mr.ABHIJIT not visited on 30thJuly. Also. During the entire episode the behavior of all the concecorned I.e.Trader and employees of your Co. Was do in professional rude Which can not be expected from the co. Like Yours. Now I am thinking to return the machine which is still intact and to buy other Co.machine if the problem us not resolved by tommorow and to move consumer Court for redressal.

Worst and Pathetic service
Worst and Pathetic service from here. Called them to change the filter first their service man arrived a day later and after he changed the filter he left with 250 service charge. As soon we started the purifier the water started overflowing from filter called the person again but he didn’t pick up the phone called the customer care where they said we will send him again as soon as possible but now it has been more than 12 hours and no one came. Trying to call him but no response. Seriously if I would have been aware about their service I would have never purchased pureit purifier. Recommend everyone to not to go to these service people rather go for a local service guy. They only know how to destroy and not to pick up the phone.

Raised a complaint but nobody attends the complaint
I have raised a complaint for replacement of ROM for water purifier but nobody responds. I will wait today and send mail to grievances cell and appellate however it is unfortunate that services are pathetic.
