Frankly, I am beyond frustrated with the pathetic service I received at your center. Expecting a simple and professional job, instead I got nothing but delays and poor workmanship. Despite clearly explaining the problem to the staff, the staff showed a very high unprofessionalism. It’s clear that your team either doesn’t know what they’re doing or simply doesn’t care about doing it right. The lack of communication has been infuriating. I did not even follow up to get any updates which turns out to be a vague and unhelpful responses. This is completely unacceptable. I expect you to either fix the problem immediately or give me a clear explanation as to why this is happening. You have one chance to make this right. Get it together.

I had bought a Honda activa 6G on February 2022 and by April 2022 its seat lock got damaged and I took it to my showroom for rectifying it and they tried it for several times but unfortunately it doesn't work out and on July2022, I took it for second service at that time they are responding that it should be replaced by myself on payment and it won't come under warranty. It is so ashamed to tell that a reputed company like Honda is promoting such bad behaviour after selling a product.

Starting problem always, even after repairing, it remains.
