Change of sole plate of my 10 months old iron

Sir please change the sole plate of my 10 months old steam iron titanium 2000 it's plate was damaged and harm the clothes I sent the iron to your customer service centre for last 2 months but they do not provide that plate in warranty they want to charged from me where's the product have two years warranty please replace my iron or change the sole plate
