Discontinuation of Post Office in Vja Rly Station

It is very unfortunate that the Post Office in Vijayawada Railway Station which serves 24 hrs daily irrespective of holidays and festivals. It is very useful to general public of various classes including students. As regards revenue it is good in collecting revenue. Dear Team,

I am an eye patient and my doctor sent a medicine through speed post. Even though i was at my house the whole day, post office person says address can not be located. Neither they have contacted. This is sort of poor service from postal department is really a shame for our country. I have contacted several customer care number and no one is picking up the phone.
I do not understand why this government is running this poor service government offices though they have paid by the tax money of all our common men.
Shame on all these irresponsible government staffs.

Indian post service are very poor and fraud service because my pan card are not received till time but my pan are already delivered in tracking . But your post Master "Taj Veshnav" behavior very bad with customer service. I am discuss my area post master "Taj Veshnav" He told me that I have Deliverd your packet to a third person, you can receive that third person. But according of rules , But according to the rule, you will either delived my packet to me or to any of my family members, but your post master has given my packet to an unknown person and when I asked your post master to bring the packet to the correct address. Said so he talked to me very bad language.

i have posted the a speed post from reputed India post service, but post did not delivered to concern person, even no one has called or came to delivered to the given address. After reaching the India post office of Airforce station 3BRD, they have informed that they have sent it back to the sender's address. Later several attempts got connected to customer care number but they are really pathetic as they could not provide or guide instead the they started arguing. its really horrible to know that without contact without a single approach they are updating their status. Hence, requested for an assistance from India Post immediately. kindly response as soon as possible.

speed post taking longer than expected,

Its been 6 days since I have couriered my rakhis through "speed post", but it has not been been delivered yet, even the day before rakhshabandhan.
If I try to track my courier through "www.indiapost.gov.in"...this site doesn't ever works.

Then I tried calling the no. mentioned on receipt, they say that it's their break time and will let me know in half an hour, after that I called them 6-7 times but no one picked up the call, then finally at 5:30 someone picks it up and says "the working hours are over and hangs up the call immediately".

Don't they have any responsibility to reply and atleast let me know about my courier...
And when it was a speed post it should have reached within 3 days..

And abviously it was an important delivery to be delivered on time and such a bad response from the post office after charging full money is not acceptable.

my atm card of sbi bank was recieved in bagaura post office-841404, siwan bihar on 21/06/2019 but the post man of that region didn't come to my home to give the atm card insted of this they returned it to head office and when i went their to ask why they do it instead of giving to me then they just simply say that your atm card didn't come and when i saw the online destination of the atm card then they just start sledging and using bad language also against me and the post master of that S.O also did not react although he just closed his eyes and ignore the subject . so sir i just ask the question that this is the rule of your post office and if yes the bull shitt on that type of system and i feel shame that we will believe on that kind of system who didn't have mother or father to just take it seriously and guide the workers of the post office to how to work and if not then sir please take a correct decision on it and please help me to get my atm card as soon as possible
