Policy documents not received more than 45 days

Dear Sir,

I have paid for India first insurance 5 year plan policy in August 2020. Till today i have not received my policy documents.

Finally I have received a call from someone India that he received a policy documents which is not related to his wife (same name as mine) the place also difference. I have directed the postman and given the right address as India first has mentioned the wrong postal address on the documents.

After several follow up till today i have not received my policy document.

I would request you to kindly assist me in this regards.

I am very upset with the poor service rendered by India First.

non-receipt of unused premium of housing loan

R/sir,I have taken a home loan in Feb.2017 an amount Rs. 26 Lakhs and Insured with your company with Rs.81750/-. On 04/05/2019 I deposited the same loan to the bank nearly amount Rs. 23.38 Lakhs and gave a letter to Branch Manager BOB Pancheel Branch Ajmer and a copy to your company to pay unused premium of housing loan. Inspite of contineous chasing, frequent calls once again I gave a letter to deposit the unused housing premium. But after a gap of more than 15 months nothing has been heard so far. The same matter I also give to customer care sell of your company but still I have not received any refund amount from your company.
Please do needful urgently.
