I have infinix note 35 g I want to change the desktop grid to small or to default but now I have only two options visible that is 6x5 and 6x4. I want none option or an option to revert the settings but I don't have any...i have sent an email also including screenshots kindly check out and do the required changes in next update please. INFINIX ZERO 5G 2023.LAG ISSUE. FORGET ABOUT MULTITASKING CAN'T EVEN RUN A SINGLE GAME PROPERLY. MY GAME KEEPS CRASHING AND FPS KEEPS DROPPING. IT'S TOO LAGGY CAN'T EVEN PLAY PROPERLY. EVEN FACTORY RESET MY PHONE BUT STILL SAME ISSUE. 2GB RAM PHONE WITH MUCH WORSE PROCCESSOR PERFORMS BETTER THAN THIS. IS IT BECAUSE OF THE RECENT UPDATE OF 13 OR WHAT'S THE ISSUE WITH THIS PHONE? CAN'T EVEN PLAY BGMI PEACEFULLY BECAUSE OF UNTHINKABLE LAGS. I WANT COMPENSATION. IT'S ONLY BEEN TWO MONTHS SINCE I PURCHASED THIS PHONE. THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM. REPLY ME.

Charging very slow

I purchased a MirrorBlack, 128 GB Infinix HOT 30i from Flipkart, and it was delivered to me on August 24,. I've attached the invoice for your review. I noticed some battery problems after just one day of use, and the battery backup quickly decreased. After speaking with Flipkart, they advised me to follow up with the Infinix local service center. On August 26 evening, I went to Service centre in East Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. They asked me to come back on 28th Aug (Monday)
On August 28 visit, they filed a complaint
On August 31, Got a call from the local service center saying the mobile was ready for pickup.
On September 1st, I went to pick up the mobile. The repair center employee then stated that the only 64 GB model was available for replacement. When I requested for the Same variation, they claimed that production had been stopped, and that the only variant they had was the 64 GB.I asked them to provide a written confirmation for the same but they are not ready. Currently, they want me to wait a few more days. Still not yet receive any feedback or call from service center

I have bought Infinix mobile through flipkart service but within a year within one year of warranty period the speaker stopped working Now what to do???? There is no Authorised Service center at Shahdol MP. These companies just befool the people by selling such useless products which do not work properly even for one year. I would suggest all of you to stop using such mobiles like Infinix which has started their market without any reliability of the product.

Totally unsatisfied with brand quality and its service part from muzaffarpur service center.bekar mobile hai ab kabhi nahi lenge. Dusra brand le lenge. Lekin uske pehle muzaffarpur service center ki maa behan ek kar denge. Use bhi pata chal gayega kisne mobile liya tha aur usne iss company ka service center kyon liya.
