I have been using Jio air fibre since 3 months, since day 1 i was facing very slow internet speed, some time lesser than 1 mbps. I have paid for 100mbps and getting 1-20 mbps speed only. Jio has no proper escalation matrix and also not providing the service also. When i ask for the refund JIO is is not refunding the amount also. Yesterday one of the team came near by box connections is physically full but system is showing 2 connections not activated but they are not given connection and when i check my connection process in app it’s always show on hold till now .No one respond regarding installation and activation . The JIO (wifi) fiber connection, was defunct from Monday evening (4/12/2023) 5.23 pm. When complaint was registered through whatsapp number, automated message came as reply saying it will be looked into at the earliest. today (6/12/2023) till this momment as i am raising the complaint, no technician turned up to correct the outage problem. For work from home wifi is essential and we are unable to work. Rain stopped 48 hours back but no turned up to rectify the outage problem. The response of the field technician is careless and they dont bother to attend and rectify the issue.

If jio doesn't have engineer in Coimbatore stop the operation and go to other locations where u can handle ur customer base but please don't give false commitment to the customer.

He came to my residence on 1st June 22 and collected the money. He promised me to get the connection on 2nd June 22 at 3pm. I took half day leave on 2nd June 22 and informed Mr Vinod that I have taken half day leave and I waited for the Jio Fiber team to come to my residence but no one turned up. My friend (with whose reference I decided to take the Jio Fiber connection) and myself kept trying to contact Mr Vinod about the installation but no one turned up. I inform Mr Vinod that you have wasted my half day of leave and no Jio Fiber connection was given to me so you must compensate my half day pay and return my money paid for the Jio Fiber connection.
Next day, I get a message (SMS) that my Jio Fiber Connection has put my Jio Fiber Connection on hold as per my instruction but I have not requested to hold the Jio Fiber Connection but return my half day salary and return my money paid for the Jio Fiber connection.
Today is 4th June 2022, 10am but no Jio Fiber connection yet.
It is requested to TRAI to take cognizance of my case and similar cases with Jio and other Fiber Cable operators for their poor services.

I requested for "UN-INSTALLATION" of the connection on 02nd Sept'22, which was accepted vide Order Number CO0000OZGSIU. But I regret that no REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED EVEN AFTER 4 MONTHS OF VARIOUS MAILS" . EVEN MAIL TO APPELATE_UP ON 28TH NOV'22.
I mentioned in my mails that presently, I am in Sydney and my registered mobile no is not reachable. I provided alternate no with whom instruments are still available, but till date these have been not collected in spite of various assurances.
Is THIS A PROFESSIONAL APPROACH OF JIO ????, IF EVEN APPELATE IS INEFFECTIVE, WHAT'S THE USE OF HAVING THIS,

We had internet connection issues in JIO FIBERNET along with wifi from Saturday night. Till now no technician or customer service personnel has responded and rectified my issues. Every time i am calling getting new date for rectification. I am having work from home and no salary for two days now. If jio doesn't have engineer in Coimbatore stop the operation and go to other locations where u can handle ur customer base but please don't give false commitment to the customer.
We being common people have to wait so long to get things rectified.

I wanted a Fiber Connection for my home. So, I surveyed all the major players. My friend recommended the Jio Fiber connection. Using his contact, I got several calls from several Jio Fiber Reps. All the Jio Fiber Reps kept calling for the new Jio Fiber Connection. Person came & took charges and there after several calls to Mr Vinod (9321002XXX), connection got fitted.
Till today connection is not active saying no Jio line is not active in my society because of permission from other society. This is really pathetic situation that guys took money without knowing connection (no active connection) status.
It is requested to TRAI to take cognizance of my case and similar cases with Jio and other Fiber Cable operators for their poor services.

Since last 5 day I am getting the same repeated answer that ur issue will be resolved....
But only thing I m getting is the message on mobile of rescheduling ur appointment of engineer...

Unprofessional service of JIO Fiber (RRL)
I wanted a Fiber Connection for my home. So, I surveyed all the major players. My friend recommended the Jio Fiber connection. Using his contact, I got several calls from several Jio Fiber Reps. All the Jio Fiber Reps kept calling for the new Jio Fiber Connection. I ultimately landed with Mr Vinod, Cell No. 93929 47393 from Jio Fiber. He came to my residence on 1st June 22 and collected the money. He promised me to get the connection on 2nd June 22 at 3pm. I took half day leave on 2nd June 22 and informed Mr Vinod that I have taken half day leave and I waited for the Jio Fiber team to come to my residence but no one turned up. My friend (with whose reference I decided to take the Jio Fiber connection) and myself kept trying to contact Mr Vinod about the installation but no one turned up. I inform Mr Vinod that you have wasted my half day of leave and no Jio Fiber connection was given to me so you must compensate my half day pay and return my money paid for the Jio Fiber connection.
Next day, I get a message (SMS) that my Jio Fiber Connection has put my Jio Fiber Connection on hold as per my instruction but I have not requested to hold the Jio Fiber Connection but return my half day salary and return my money paid for the Jio Fiber connection.
Today is 4th June 2022, 10am but no Jio Fiber connection yet.
It is requested to TRAI to take cognizance of my case and similar cases with Jio and other Fiber Cable operators for their poor services.

Grievance of Jio Fiber services
It seems they servive toll free number is deliberately blocked all incoming calls. I am seriously looking for the alternate service provider and recommend others to switch to some other better option than Jio.
