I am ordered on 12/13 November but till now 29 November it's not shipped from company, if I call them they did not give any response from there sides all the executives are very bad behaviour. They don't know about how to treat a customer.

Unfortunately, my bike has developed a problem with the battery, and I informed your dealer, Shri Aman Motors in Dharmapuri district.
However, I have been waiting for two months now, and there has been no response from your company regarding my battery issue. This is highly concerning to me, and I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and action on your part.
I would like to request that you either replace my battery or refund my money. This delay is unacceptable, and it is causing me a great deal of inconvenience. I believe that if this issue is not resolved soon, it will negatively affect your brand reputation, as I have already referred five customers who have also experienced problems with your products.
Furthermore, I believe that the production quality of your bikes is not up to the standard that I expected from your company. I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue and improve the quality of your products and customer service.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response soon, I will have no other choice but to file a complaint with the consumer court. I hope that you will take this matter seriously and resolve my issue promptly.
Purchased komaki X4 scooter on 10.03.23.by dealer I Mysore. After one day got front brake system failed.replaced by dealer.Now I am facing 1.milage problem getting only 52 to 55 km per recharge.
2.Front wheel found hard rotation dealer is saying that it is common in X4 model.I checked in other vehicles and found same but free rotation in other models. I have left vehicle with dealer for solution. I want clarification regarding my problems.
