Poor service, worst than govt

My internet is not working from last 3 days. Tried to calling customer care no response, technician also not responding.

Poor Management, no proper customer service

My network service is not working from 2nd of August compliant filed on same date. So far no technician has attended. customer care also replying the same thing we will send technician shortly everyday when I call. I want to talk to the higher official regarding about your customer care and service.
