MISLEADING ME

I HAVE BOUGHT MARQ MONITOR 24INCH. I USED SINCE 10 MONTH . 1 MONTH AGO , I SUDDENLY NOTICE THAT DISPLAY HAVE SOME LINES . I COMPLAINT MANY TIMES IN COMPANY APROXIMETLY 30 TIMES . MACHANIC PICK UP MY MONITOR , BUT NOT REPAIRED. THEN I CALLED FROM MARQ COMPANY. THEY TELL ME THAT , UR MONITOR APPROOVED FOR REPLACEMENT/REFUND. BUT NOBODY PICKS MY MONITOR.
NOW I DECIDE TO TAKE HELP OF CONSUMER COURT FOR SPOILING MY MONEY AND TIME. 1.5MONTH.
I HAVE ALL CALL RECORDINGS.

I purchased AC from flipkart site but installation is still pending no one visit and no any call received for AC installation related which type service you provide to your new customers...
