Security settings changed after installation

I purchased McAfee antivirus on line yesterday. Upon installation my security settings seem to have changed. Even though my internet is working, I am unable to connect to my LAN. Also unable to access Network settings on Control Panel. Unable to uninstall this software even with the special tool. Nor am I able to use System Restore.

The phone numbers given here are no help. The Mumbai number "does not exist" and no one answers the Bengaluru number!

Am stuck! Can you please help?

Request for refund exceed amount deduct

Dear sir this is to inform you that i buying your anti virus software in online, date 25/08/2018, time 11:14:47 at MCAFEE1252778 its deduct in rs.2400/- in my Hdfc bank Credit card ending 2033 is txn faild in your portal, but amount not reversal still now,
At the same day i buying your software in online at 20:19:23 same amount paid rs.2400/- but previous amount not credit in my credit card.i sent you credit card details in attach files. pls reversal as early as possible.
